Chinese Pascal's Triangle

There is a renowned Pascal's Triangle which makes up the formula (a+b)^n. However, 300 years before Pascal found it, there was already a discoverer of this system, the Chinese. Unfortunately, this discovery was ignored until Pascal found it and the credit was gotten by Pascal instead, as resulted in the system name. The Chinese Pascal's Triangle is known as Yanghui Triangle. Here's the picture showing the two English and Chinese versions of the Pascal's Triangle:
